TGP117 is a housing project consisting of 3 different stages, which is built in Basaksehir district in the European side of Istanbul.
The first stage of the project which was started to be constructed at the end of 2016, was completed in 2018 and put on sale. The 2nd and 3rd stages are expected to be completed in 2020 – 2021. The project which consists of total 3 stages with a wide area is planned to be built in the form of 2500 independent sections.
In recent years, the rapid development of Basaksehir in terms of transportation facilities has increased the value of the real estate property in the region. Basaksehir is located near Third Airport, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Canal Istanbul, and this situation adds value of the prestige of the TGP117 project. Also, the project is an indispensable living space by having a modern architectural structure, public parks and social areas.
